Dr. Rosemary Goodyear received her doctorate in Educational Leadership from the University of San Diego and is the past owner of a private Family Nurse Practitioner solo practice in southern California. Her career of extensive teaching experience and clinical practice has spanned over 50 years. She has served as program coordinator, mentor, accreditation visitor, practice innovator, and entrepreneur both nationally and internationally. In 2000 Dr. Goodyear started Nurse Consultant Associates in an effort to continue sharing knowledge and expertise. Concurrently, between 2000 and 2010 Dr. Goodyear volunteered as Secretary and Chair with the International Nurse Practitioner / Advanced Practice Nurse Network (INP/APNN) of the International Council of Nurses.

Barbara Sheer, PhD, FNP-C, is Professor Emeritus at the University of Delaware, School of Nursing. Dr. Sheer has been actively involved in the NP movement for the past 35 years and has held regional, state, national and international positions in NP organizations. Among those positions were president of the AANP, chair of the National Alliance of NPs , Chair of the AANP Fellows , Chair of the Communications Subgroup and Core Steering Group Member of the International Council of Nurses /Nurse Practitioner Advanced Practice Nursing Network ( ICN-NP/APNN). She developed and directed the first NP program in the state of Delaware. As a former Public Health Policy Fellow, she continues to work with multidisciplinary groups to forward the primary care agenda. She currently is a consultant for Nurse Consultant Associates, a Magnet Hospital appraiser and an NLNAC program evaluator

Dr. Vincent received her PhD from the University of Michigan, where she focused on health systems and health policy. She has extensive clinical experience including Urgent Care, primary care, and geriatrics. As an experienced nurse educator, Dr. Vincent has developed graduate level courses in the areas of health policy, economics, translational research methodology, quality and cost effectives outcomes; nurse practitioner curriculum development including the diagnosis and management of chronic diseases is another area of her expertise. Dr. Vincent has 15 years of experience in on-line teaching and in course design for web-enhanced or on-line courses. She has been recognized by her students and her colleagues as an expert and innovative teacher. She is a Wakonse Scholar, a Quality Matters Peer Reviewer, and her courses have been used as exemplars for other on-line nursing courses.
